2. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Create and manage AI-powered forms
  • Collect and analyze form responses
  • Access our services according to your subscription plan

3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and limitations. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan.

3.2 Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees.

4. Credit Purchase and Refund Policy

4.1 Digital Content Notice

By purchasing credits, you expressly consent to immediate access to our digital services. Specifically:

  • Credits are digital content that is immediately available upon purchase
  • For your first purchase, partial refunds are available within 14 days based on unused credits
  • Each credit represents one unit of digital service consumption
  • Subsequent purchases are non-refundable once completed

4.2 Initial Purchase Refund Period

For your first credit purchase only, and in accordance with consumer protection laws:

  • You have a 14-day withdrawal right from the date of purchase
  • The refund amount will be proportional to the number of unused credits
  • Example: If you purchased 1000 credits and used 200, you may be eligible for an 80% refund within the 14-day period
  • This withdrawal right applies regardless of whether you've used your free welcome credits
  • After the 14-day period, credits become non-refundable
  • Using the service with purchased credits constitutes acceptance of their digital nature

4.3 Credit System

Our service operates on a credit-based system that includes free credits, subscription credits, and pay-as-you-go credits:

4.3.1 Free Welcome Credits

  • New users receive 100 free credits upon registration
  • Free credits do not expire
  • Free credits are automatically replaced when activating a subscription plan
  • Free credits cannot be transferred or exchanged

4.3.2 Subscription Credits

  • Credits are allocated monthly with your subscription
  • Each credit represents one unit of service usage (form generation, AI interaction, etc.)
  • Credits are activated immediately upon subscription renewal
  • Unused subscription credits expire at the end of each billing cycle
  • New credits are automatically allocated at the start of each billing cycle

4.3.3 Pay-As-You-Go Credits

  • Pay-as-you-go credits can be purchased at any time
  • These credits do not expire
  • Credits are activated immediately upon purchase
  • Can be used alongside free credits if no subscription is active

4.3.4 Credit Usage Order

  • For users without a subscription: Free welcome credits are used before pay-as-you-go credits
  • When a subscription is activated, subscription credits replace any remaining free credits
  • Using free credits does not affect your right to withdraw from your first credit purchase
  • The 14-day withdrawal right applies only to your first paid credit purchase

4.4 Exceptions

Refunds may be available in the following cases:

  • Within 14 days of first purchase (proportional to unused credits)
  • Verifiable technical issues that completely prevented access to our services
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Extended service outages (24+ hours) preventing credit usage

4.5 Refund Processing

When a refund is approved, the processing time depends on your original payment method:

  • Card refunds typically take 3-5 working days to credit back into the customer's account
  • PayPal refunds typically re-appear in a customer's account within 48 hours of requesting the refund
  • All refunds are processed in the original payment method and currency
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

4.6 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to any remaining subscription credits for the current billing cycle
  • Unused subscription credits will expire at the end of the billing period
  • Any pay-as-you-go credits you've purchased will remain available
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not misuse or abuse our services

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of your content. By using our service, you grant us a license to host, store, and share your content as necessary to provide our services.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our service.
